Ideal candidate is someone with either a strong Administrative/Coordinator role within a Recruiting/Staffing environment hungry to learn and grow. Taleo would be preferred, large corporation HR and/or recruiting possible someone who had exposure to financial services.
The position requires a great deal of administrative duties that are high touch, require the ability to multi-task in a reactive environment that is very quality of work focused. So basically be fast with no errors while demonstrating utmost professionalism and composure in chaos. We do a lot of liaising back and forth between the Recruiters, Business Clients and applicants – coordinating interview schedules that often include travel or video conference arrangements while managing multiple time zone and calendar conflicts. In addition to the interview scheduling, the Recruiting Coordinator role is critical to ensuring the best on-boarding experience possible for our hires as they are the face of client. This process includes sending electronic files, auditing the files for accuracy, helping troubleshoot technical issues within our systems to data entry of requisitions, offer letters, compliance and regulatory requirements to payroll; all for an average volume of 100 open positions a week.

Job Summary: The Recruiting Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact in daily coordinator activities for Recruiting. The Recruiting Coordinator will partner with HR, Recruiters, and Business managers, to successfully manage recruiting initiatives (e.g. job postings, onboarding, scheduling). -Support multiple geographically dispersed Recruiters and/or Recruiting Manager -Assist Recruiters as needed with Taleo and other HRIS databases -Interact with various levels of candidates, Human Resources and managers to schedule interviews in Outlook -Arrange accommodations and transportation for out of state candidates -Interact with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a successful on-boarding experience. -Interfaces with internal resources and outside vendors regarding all pre-employment requirements. Generate internal and external offer letters -Ensure 100% compliance with all guidelines -Complete HR System transactions, including entering new employee data, process job and payroll changes -Maintain information in the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) and other Human Resource Information Systems -Accountable for accurate completion of the new hire paperwork and to ensure a positive candidate experience -Serve as Subject Matter Expert in areas of on-boarding, new hire processing and related activities. -Generate ad-hoc reports as needed -Perform work in compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations pertaining to immigration and work authorization -Support recruiting events as needed -Manage a variety of tasks at any given time Qualifications: -2 years in Human Resources/Staffing/Recruiting is preferred -High School Diploma or equivalent -Bachelor?s degree preferred or equivalent work experience -Knowledge and prior experience with Human Resources policies & practices is a plus -Strong verbal/written communication abilities; effective interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail -Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently. -Highly organized with strong follow up skills and the ability to multi-task. -Previous experience in a fast-paced, client-centric service setting with proven performance in a high volume recruiting environment strongly preferred -Effective problem solving, process improvement and troubleshooting skills -Team oriented with the ability to flex in support of timelines, and deliverables Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion. -Advanced skills with Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo a plus) -Proficient in MS office and the internet
Required a recent graduate with an HR intern profile or recruiting assistant or recruiting intern.
Fine with someone with 2-3 years of experience in HR or recruiting
proficient in MS Office
