Identify or improve rapid method and formulation to improve stability of liquid shelfstable formulation.
State of the art analysis external and internal knowledge
Establish a rapid predictive method to forcast product stability of shelf-stable liquid dairy products in a 1 to 2 week period, prediction shelf-live 12M ambient.
Exploration trials testing most promising solutions to predict and achieve product stability in high protein liquid applications such as BOOST very high protein and low carbohydrate formula.
Qualifications EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
At the end of a Food or Life Science related Bachelor or Master study.
Previous experience, education or internship in food manufacturing, preferable liquid shelf stable products.
