Verizon Wireless Customer Engagement Manager in Basking Ridge, New Jersey

What you’ll be doing...

You will lead a team that is the voice and driving force of the Wireless Business Group (WBG) for all sales operations functions, preparing the sales force for driving growth and revenue. You’ll be responsible for providing direction on all Go-To-Market (GTM) operational activities, partner programs, device inventory and special projects.

  • Partnering with the Marketing team to develop a GTM strategy for all product, equipment and pricing launches to ensure strong field execution and increased revenue.

  • Leading efforts to identify strategies to overcome inventory constrained and end of life devices.

  • Establishing a monthly and quarterly cadence of communication to frontline teams to drive awareness and action around WBG churn initiatives.

  • Developing and leading team efforts to execute strategy for the “voice of employee” program.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Leadership experience.

  • Sales, operations, business development or marketing experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A Master’s degree.

  • Demonstrated strongleadership, interpersonal and relationship management skill.

  • Managed multiple projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience creating presentations.

  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
